Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and in Kenya shillings and should remain valid for at least 120 days from tender closing date.

Tenders are invited for the supply and deliver, of the following items to the school for the year 2019.
Prices should include cost of delivery and VAT inclusive where applicable. Tender document forms can be collected from the reception office after paying non-refundable fee of KSh. 1000/= (One Thousand Only) during normal working hours between 8.00a.m - 5.00 p.m. Attach copies of your KRA Pin, Registration 'certificate and company profile.
Completed tender forms in plain envelope marked Tender No. ______________ and with a copy of the receipt can be dropped in the school. Tender box on or before 2nd November 2019 at 9.00 A.M and the tenders will be opened at 10.00 a.m.
