The BOM Matuga Girls High School, invites sealed tenders for the Proposed Construction of Education Complex Phase I at Matuga girls High School Kwale County.
Interested bidders must attach:

1. 1. Valid NCA Registration Certificate NCA 7 and above.
2. 2. Valid Annual practicing License.
3. 3. Valid Tax compliance certificate.
4. 4. Copy of Registration/cooperation certificate.
5. 5. Valid single business permit.
6. 6. Bid security minimum 2% of tender sum valid for 150 days..
7. 7. Company's Pin and V.A.T certificates.

A complete set of bid documents may be obtained upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs.1,000/= either in cash or Bankers cheque payable to BOM, Matuga Girls High School at the Bursar's Office during Working hours.

Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and in Kenya shillings and should remain valid for at least 120 days from tender closing date.

Complete tender documents are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope marked with Tender name and reference number and deposited in the Tender box at the School addressed to.

Tender document forms can be collected from the reception office after paying non-refundable fee of KSh. 1000/= (One Thousand Only) during normal working hours between 8.00a.m - 5.00 p.m. Attach copies of your KRA Pin, Registration 'certificate and company profile.

Completed tender forms in plain envelope marked Tender No. ______________ and with a copy of the receipt can be dropped in the school. Tender box on or before 2nd November 2019 at 9.00 A.M and the tenders will be opened at 10.00 a.m.

The school reserves the right to accept or reject any tender either wholly or in part and does not bind itself to accept the lowest on any tender or give reasons for its decision.
